Activities: • Build website using chosen CMS (e.g., Wix, WordPress, Shopify). • Implement responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile). • Integrate necessary features (forms, booking, e-commerce, blog, etc.). Deliverables: Fully functional site on staging server. Estimated Time: 20–30 hours (2–3 weeks, depending on features).

Activities: • Upload and format text, images, and videos. • Optimize images for performance. • Ensure brand consistency across all pages. Deliverables: Website populated with client content. Estimated Time: 5–10 hours (1 week, depending on content volume).
05.Phase 5: Testing & Quality Assurance
Activities: • Cross-browser and device testing. • Check site speed, responsiveness, and functionality. • Verify forms, links, and integrations. Deliverables: Tested, error-free website. Estimated Time: 5–8 hours (3–5 days).
06.Phase 6: Launch & Training
Activities: • Final client review and approval. • Website deployment to live domain. • Basic client training (how to update/manage site). Deliverables: Live website + client training session. Final Payment Due prior to full transfer of site due. Estimated Time: 3–5 hours (1 week including review).
07.Phase 7: Post-Launch Support
Activities: • 2–4 weeks of technical support (bug fixes, small edits). • Optional ongoing maintenance plan available. Deliverables: Smooth site operation post-launch. This is included in the overall price of the project. If additional labor is requested due to a feature being requested that was not originally within the scope as quoted an additional fee may be incurred. Estimated Time: 2–4 hours (as needed).
